Dr. Canullo graduated cum laude in Dentistry and Dental Prosthesis at the University of Rome “La Sapienza” in 1994 and holds a PhD form the University of Bonn, Germany.

He is a national and international speaker on surgical and prosthetic aspects of implant dentistry.

He has authored more than 100 publications in international journals on topics related to implantology.

Dr. Canullo is an active member of the Italian Academy for Osseointegration and European Academy of Osseointegration (EAO).

He is Visiting Professor at the University of Valencia (Spain).

He has been awarded several prestigious academic prizes including: best clinical presentation at the EAO in 2008, the Martignoni prize at the Italian Academy for Prosthetic Dentistry in 2012, the prize for the best scientific article at the American Academy of Osseointegration in 2013, prizes for clinical and basic research at Italian Society for Osseointegration in 2016, and the prize for the best clinical research at Spanish society for surgery and implants in 2017.

Dr. Canullo’s professional office is in Rome, with a private practice in surgery and implant supported prosthetic rehabilitation.
