Stephen J. Chu maintains an academic appointment as Adjunct Clinical Professor in the Ashman Department of Periodontology and Implant Dentistry and the Department of Prosthodontics at New York University College of Dentistry.

He also has a private practice in fixed prosthodontics, esthetic, and implant dentistry in New York City. Dr. Chu has published over 70 articles in the dental literature and has given lectures nationally and internationally on the subjects of esthetic, restorative, and implant dentistry.

Dr. Chu is the executive editor of Compendium and the recipient of several professional dental awards.
